Melissa Rivard

Kia ora I am a clinical naturopath practicing in Wellington. I share a clinical environment (at Wellhub) alongside other practitioners including psychologists, counsellors, and social workers. Previous to completing my degree in natural medicine, I studied neuroscience, completing an honours bachelor's of science degree back home in Canada as well as completed a post-graduate diploma in teaching. I place a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and strive to work collaboratively with other practitioners in a shared-care approach. Clients can see me both in person and online. Where possible, I prefer to meet all clients in person for their initial consultation. My areas of interest include: hormone health, mental health, metabolic health Current Study: I am currently working to complete a health coaching certificate with Prekure.
