Meredith is a Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist and Naturopath. Meredith has an intuitive style in her consultations and aims to meet clients where they are. The treatment plans are targeted, flexible and focused on individual client needs and capabilities. Meredith believes that clients know themselves and their bodies better than anyone else and they have the answers within them. Meredith has a particular interest in women’s health, gut health, mental health, diseases of the brain and the connection and influence the brain has with the rest of the body.
