Kia ora! I am a Naturopath with a degree in Natural Medicine and a resonance with Anthroposophic Medicine. I enjoy using external therapies and working with one’s biography in drawing insight that is relevant in health and wellbeing. I have worked with experiential meditation, various breathwork and healing techniques for almost 30 years and I enjoy guiding powerful experiences and sharing tools to take forward into one's own practice. Presently, I work in wāhine wellbeing in preparation for parenthood or in supporting the healing of the wombspace. I work with parents and children in understanding the mind-body-spirit connection in the life experience to support grief, trauma and illness, and offer guidance toward the transition of, or after death.
