Stephanie Kercher

A qualified Medical Herbalist / Naturopath with a degree in Health Science and over 20 years experience, I consult at Auckland Skin Clinic https://www.aucklandskinclinic.co.nz/ with a team of experienced Naturopaths. I have a special interest in the area of skin sensitivities and allergies and people with stress disorders. I am passionate about helping individuals re-establish healthy immune responses, a healthy skin microbiome and develop health plans that don‘t depend on the use of topical steroids. Individually dispensed topical ointments as well herbs and supplements are part of my treatment. Looking at individual lifestyle, home and work environment as well as digestion and stress management are all discussed before a final treatment plan is devised. My approach is to educate and inspire, while also improving patient's diets and lifestyle. Plant based medicines, minerals and supplements are prescribed according to personal health requirements. My previous advisory role in sensitivity testing to fellow practitioners has enabled me to stay at the forefront of naturopathy.
