Focusing on mind/body, Shelley's goal is to uncover the reason for underlying health problems, then produce personalised dietary & wellness plans to enhance optimal health. Shelley recommends herbal formulas, homeopathy, supplements along with lifestyle advice. Based in New Plymouth, Taranaki, Shelley is working alongside the doctors at Healthspace, a general practice, embracing preventative and personalised medicine. They are passionate about treating the body as a whole, empowering healthy choices and using nutritional and lifestyle strategies to achieve optimal wellness.
