I opt for sustainable but real change that you can do - even when you are exhausted. I am also a realist - I drink coffee, I eat chips. Life is about balance.I hold a Bachelor of Natural Medicine and I am passionate about helping others with their health via food and herbal medicine. I have worked in the education sector within Natural health since my graduation which means I am lucky to be able to continue my learning and education in herbal medicine. I am also on the NMHNZ committee. In my clinic I help women recover after child birth, support them post-natally and also am hugely passionate about adrenal and nervous system health.
