Naturopath, Nutritionist and Trek Trainer with an interest in gut health, immune system support and maximising sports performance . Originally from Scotland, I have a Science degree & Business degree in addition to my Naturopathic qualifications. My Naturopathy Studies began in Australia in the late 1990's when I started my family and was keen to maximise our health. I am especailly interested in endurance trekking and preparing trekkers for staying fit and healthy at altitude. I have worked in New Zealand and overseas.
