You deserve to live a joyous life in a body that you love. I have been working with human beings to positively transform their health for over 20 years and that is what I know to be true above all else. As a degree-qualified naturopath, myofascial movement teacher and advocate for joy and self-love, my approach to health is heart-driven and deeply personal. I work closely with women navigating the challenges of endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause. Having stage 4 endometriosis myself, I understand the journey from pain to peace, and learning how to love your body even when it feels like one you don't recognise some days. I am here to show you how you can do the same. My practice is rooted in the belief that much dis-ease in the madness of our modern day world steams from stress and overwhelm. Together we'll navigate the challenges that come from this, learning how to make friends with stress and trade burnout for joy, and more radiant health! Employing practices for the heart, the body, the brain and the mind, I don't believe in quick fixes. I want to collaborate and work closely with you to create a wellness plan for you and the kind of life you choose to live.
