Rachel Claire Naturopathy offers naturopathic consultations designed to evaluate all aspects of a person – mind and emotions, as well as the body, as these are all important in returning a person to optimal health and wellness. I provide functional testing options to aid in identifying the cause of health issues and enable effective treatment of that cause. I also dispense herbal medicines to help aid in a person’s wellness journey, offer supplementation as further aids for the body to prevent/heal dysfunction and last but not least, I want to support, encourage, and empower you to not only improve your personal health, but to take charge of your own health.
