I’m a degree-qualified naturopath, clinical nutritionist, medical herbalist, and IIN health coach, with over 10 years’ experience supporting women to restore their health and feel at home in their bodies again. I work with clients experiencing low energy, bloating, digestive and hormonal concerns, poor sleep, and more complex, ongoing issues such as eczema, acne, IBS, chronic urticaria, mould-related illness, and histamine intolerance. My approach is holistic, evidence-informed, and focused on identifying underlying drivers rather than quick fixes supporting sustainable, long-term wellbeing.
