I am a registered Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath and Medicinal Herbalist. My approach is practical and evidenced based, with a focus on simple achievable strategies. Using a holistic approach to evaluate a person's health status through nutrition intake, lifestyle, history, goals, and I will utilise investigative or diagnostic testing if necessary. I aim to work with clients to support their health and wellness goals and address health concerns by focusing on potential underlying causes.
