Bachelor of Natural Medicine at South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. Working at House of Health in Mount Albert Auckland, I believe in a balanced approach to health, and think small changes can achieve big results. I see clients for a wide range of health concerns but some of my special areas of focus include gut health, chronic pain conditions and other conditions of the musculoskeletal system including arthritis and sport and injury recovery/performance.
