I have been a practicing Medical Herbalist & Naturopath for 13 years and running a group practice in Christchurch at the Apothecary. I use mainly herbal medicine, nutrition and supplements, mindfulness and stress management as part of a client consultation preferring a science based, and educative approach. I treat stress, burn out, and associated disorders with herbal medicines lifestyle and nutrition, as well as weight management, diabetes and cardiometabolic health issues.
