Sarinah Hurford

Sarinah is a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with 17 years of clinical experience, including 10 years at Tonic Room Clinic in Auckland and has worked in the natural health industry since 2001. She is passionate about helping her clients to investigate the underlying drivers for their health issues so they gain a deeper understanding of their individual needs and feel empowered to make positive steps towards healing, optimal wellness and longevity. She has a special interest in supporting people with anxiety, stress, fatigue, thyroid and hormone imbalances, preconception care, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, gut health and reducing dietary and environmental toxins.
