Tegan Hollows

Tegan Hollows is a degree-qualified naturopath and medical herbalist and the founder of Naturalist Advanced Women's Health in Wānaka. She helps women with endometriosis and PCOS (also called PMOS) understand what is driving their symptoms through functional testing and personalised care. Her approach is testing-led and evidence-based. She uses functional hormone and gut testing alongside standard pathology, interpreted with functional reference ranges, and builds each plan from the individual's results. Her clinical focus also includes complex hormonal health and gut-hormone dysfunction. Tegan holds a Bachelor of Natural Medicine, awarded with distinction, and has completed pathology analysis training with the Institute for Integrative and Functional Pathology. She has over a decade of clinical and personal experience with hormonal health conditions. Consultations are available in person in Wānaka and online across New Zealand. Website: naturalist.co.nz
