I'm a degree-qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with a clinical focus in endometriosis, PCOS, and complex hormonal health. My approach is testing-led and evidence-based - I investigate the underlying drivers of your symptoms rather than managing what's on the surface. I work alongside your GP, specialists, and fertility team because integrated care produces better outcomes than any single approach alone. And I bring something to this work that no qualification gives you - I've navigated endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, and hormonal acne myself. I know from both sides of the consultation room what it feels like to be unheard, undertested, and given surface-level answers. That shapes everything about how I show up for my clients.
