As naturopath, medical herbalist and aromatherapist my goal is to improve your health and well-being. This has been my passion for over 20 years. I look for the underlying causes of your symptoms, address any stress and gut issues and then create a treatment plan which is specific to you. Often this will involve a herbal medicine blended specially for you, essential oils, supplements and/or dietary and lifestyle changes. A first consultation takes about an hour, giving you the chance to voice all your health concerns. I'll be asking lots of questions and often research a little after you leave before giving you your treatment plan. Shorter follow-up appointments are recommended to progress you further towards your health goals.
