Usha Mittal (Reg Naturopath and Medical Herbalist) Usha is a degree qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist (BNatMed), with a postgraduate certificate in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago. Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi, she can work with people from a range of cultures. Inspired to study natural health after her own experience with endometriosis and the diagnosis of cancer in a family member. Usha aspires to support people with chronic conditions. She has a family with two adult children, so is well experienced in problems associated with parenthood and children’s health. Providing a quality holistic and natural health experience addressing you as the person – not just the symptoms – Usha will conduct a comprehensive initial consultation to explore emotional, physical and lifestyle factors which may be affecting your health and well being.
