Degree qualified Naturopath, Rooted Health - womens health, digestive wellness and nervous system. I am deeply interested in women’s health and its interconnectedness with the nervous system and gut health. I believe in holistic healing that brings power back to people. My goal is to support and educate women on the way their body works and give tools to be able to support themselves and have a deeper understanding of their own biology. I approach each clients treatment in a unique way, treating them as individuals, and supporting their health using science based treatment plans, natural medicines combined with traditional knowledge and holistic approach. My vision for rooted health is to be a community of women learning about their bodies, understanding their symptoms and living their healthiest life yet, through implementing traditional and evidence based strategies.
