Italian born, Australian graduated, I started practicing Naturopathy, Massage and Pilates in 2008. My practice focus on bringing the body back to balance by using nutritional supplements, liquid herbals, mineral therapy, and lifestyle changes. In my practice I also offer a variety of tests to find out vitamin and mineral levels, allergies, food as and environmental intolerances, hormone imbalances, heavy metal toxicity and much more. I offer treatments combining massage therapy to release tension and to lower stress consequently reducing inflammation (which fuels a wide range of diseases) and breathing exercises such as Pilates to make you feel good and increase motivation.
