Hello, my name is Ann Ellis. I am a Registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine). I am based on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast, located 25 km north of Auckland City, and I offer in-person, telephone, and online consultations. — PHILOSOPHY OF PRACTICE — My work is guided by a deep respect for nature and the principles of natural law, recognising the body’s innate intelligence and its inherent capacity to heal when given the right support. I have proved this time and time again personally. As a naturopath and herbalist, I work alongside the rhythms and wisdom of the natural world, supporting health in a way that is gentle, individualised, and aligned with how the body is designed to function. — INFLUENCES — I am inspired by the work of Dr Zach Bush (MD), particularly his teachings on the interconnectedness of all living systems and the importance of restoring balance rather than suppressing symptoms.
